FEEL GOOD! Yoga Therapy is centered on both yoga postures and reflective dialoging. A session includes my stretching you to your "edge," that place in the body/mind which lies just on the border of your dis/comfort zone. I then simply assist you in holding that edge until one of us is ready to move on. This is a really simple technique and it has profound effects on body, mind and spirit. Many clients experience a major catharsis as their bodies let go of stored-up tension, pain, anxiety and emotions. These sessions are one-hour. They are conducted on a MASSAGE TABLE, and you are dressed IN LOOSE, COMFORTABLE CLOTHING. Each hourly session is $60 To experience

In a FEEL GOOD! Therapeutic Bodywork session, I gently but firmly stretch my clients' bodies to the edge of their range of motion. Then together we hold this position until one of us gets tired and needs to move on. Something magical and transformative happens when holding on the edge. Body, mind and soul release tension, pain and stress, which of course increases range of motions, oxygenates the body, aligns the spine and makes my clients FEEL GOOD! In addition to the stretching, I periodically ask my clients, "What's happening now?" This allows them to become keenly aware of what is actually happening to them physically, mentally and emotionally. It also allows them to go deeper within themselves to get in touch with the real reason underneath the surface stress and tension. Once we become aware of why we are holding our necks or shoulders or elbows or knees in a certain way that causes us pain, we can begin to change that pattern. I call this getting the big Ah-Ha. That's when we become more balance in body, mind and soul. Although the work is done on a massage table, it is done wearing loose, comfortable clothing. Peace,
